CCTV DVR Question ??????
I bought a new camera Cctv Security system and I tried eBay turn on the DVR Today, I plugged in like directions, but when I try to view the DVR on a monitor or TV, it says no signal i tried and VGA video output and all the screens say no signal, it is 320 GB DVR please help me ????????? ????????????????????????????
A few things to check. First, make sure your monitor is plugged into a composite output, or that your monitor is plugged into the VGA output. DVR has tons of inputs / outputs and it is easy to get mixed. The second thing to check is that the configuration is set on DVR output to the appropriate port. Sometimes you need to make a software installation and reboot to get the current output. Last thing to do is check cable – it could be bad!
